COVID-19 and Brevard Businesses
This Google Doc provides current information about many Brevard restaurants, retail stores, and entertainment businesses during the COVID-19 alert. The restaurant info is quite useful since some places have completely shutdown while others offer curbside pickup, drive thru service, online ordering, etc.

Our Blog
Welcome to our new website!
We are excited to launch our first website for our vacation rental properties in Brevard. For at least a couple of years we have wanted to have our own website but tackling such a daunting task kept it on the back burner. The arrival of 2017 and the changes forced on vacation rental owners by Expedia (the corporation behind HOMEAWAY; VRBO and VacationRentals.com) was what we needed to dive into having our own website. With a ton of guidance from a very talented and capable vacation rental owner, Alan Egan, I have succeeded in creating our new website. I am still feeling my way with this new venture but my thinking is I will use this area of the website to post about projects we are working on, events around town, etc. We’ll just have to see what develops because that is just the way things happen around here.
In that vein, it is worthy of mentioning that last week Dru installed a massive 72″ reversible ceiling fan in the Great Room of Point of View. Now, that was an undertaking: it took three sets of scaffolding to reach the center beam of the Great Room to which he affixed the 6′ down-rod the fan is attached to. I am happy to report the fan does an incredible job of circulating the conditioned air so the Great Room is much more comfortable! Yeah, mission accomplished!!
