Let’s say that one of our lodging choices speaks to you, now what?…..

First, please check the corresponding calendar for availability. If your dates are listed as available, simply complete the Booking Request Form below.

With this information we will email the Rental Agreement, tentatively reserve your dates and, in the case of credit card or electronic payment, an invoice will arrive in your email with an electronic link to our credit card processor, NMI, where the initial payment can be securely scheduled. If a personal check is to be issued, please drop it in the mail to the address specified in the Rental Agreement 

Thirty percent (30%) of all fees and taxes is required at the time of booking. The balance, plus the REFUNDABLE damage deposit, is due and payable 30 days prior to arrival (depending on your method of payment, either an email reminder to mail the final check or an electronic invoice will be sent to you approximately 35 days prior to arrival.)

IMPORTANT: Reservations are not confirmed until scheduled payment is received.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  • No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
